Course Enrollment Policy

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment
  • Access to course content (online/offline) is granted as per the course structure
  • Once access is provided, users are deemed to have started the course

Refund Policy

a. General Policy
  • All fees paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • This applies to: Online courses, Offline training programs, Workshops and bootcamps
b. Exceptional Cases (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed
  • Course cancelled by Skillxcelerate

c. Refund Processing Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

a. By the User
  • Users may cancel their enrollment before course access is granted
  • However, no refund will be issued after payment (unless under exceptional cases mentioned above)
b. By Skillxcelerate

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:

  • Insufficient enrollments
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical or operational reasons

In such cases, users will be offered:

Option to transfer to another batch or course

  • Course transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
