Course Enrollment Policy
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment
- Access to course content (online/offline) is granted as per the course structure
- Once access is provided, users are deemed to have started the course
Refund Policy
- All fees paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- This applies to: Online courses, Offline training programs, Workshops and bootcamps
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed
- Course cancelled by Skillxcelerate
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their enrollment before course access is granted
- However, no refund will be issued after payment (unless under exceptional cases mentioned above)
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:
- Insufficient enrollments
- Instructor unavailability
- Technical or operational reasons
In such cases, users will be offered:

Transfer & Rescheduling Policy
- Course transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Users may request a batch change or course deferral
- Request must be made before course commencement
- Approval is subject to seat availability
No Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to attend classes
- Lack of time or personal reasons
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations (without valid reason)
- Violation of terms or misconduct
Payment Disputes
- Users are advised to contact us before raising disputes with payment providers
- Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension and restricted access to services
